The location is strategic and in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were very fast, taking less than 10 minutes. The food is varied and delicious 🙂. Here's our experience during our stay at the Kontena Hotel. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to get to our room. The hotel's ambiance is pleasant, cool, Japanese-inspired, and clean. The room size and amenities are commensurate with the price. While Kontena is on the cheaper side compared to other hotels, we've found it offers a wide range of amenities. Among them is a kids-friendly swimming pool and a fun playground.

A pleasant experience at this hotel, when we first arrived we just grabbed the luggage and the staff immediately helped us lift and deliver our luggage. The front desk was friendly, the room facilities were amazing, the interior was aesthetic, and the balcony had a view of Malang city and the mountains. The pool was nice. I highly recommend staying here again.

Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Upon entering the elevator, you'll immediately be greeted with a pleasant fragrance. Plus, there's free Wi-Fi with a good connection. I'll stay here again next time. Thank you☺️🙏
