I checked in with staff name Doharma, she was so fast in responding, so friendly and warmful. The explanation for the hotel facility was so accurate. Best smile staff. Free parking ticket. The room was cold, so best because Medan is so hot. The breakfast had so many varieties. I will come back and stay at this hotel again. Thank you.

What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.

She really went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and cared for. Her genuine hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, but this team has mastered it. They are the heart of the hotel, and their efforts did not go unnoticed! A great and convenient hotel, facility also above ok, clean and comfort ambiance, helpful, friendly and hospitable hotel staff regret not have a chance for taking any picture inside of the room, same quality from reality and picture display. Near from central culture of Medan such as Maimun Palace and Masjid Raya you can using transport becak with reasonable price. Various of food near the hotel with tasty flavour.
