Booked for Ranggawuni room about 10days ago, but when we checked in, the front office said my name is not on the list. So, they upgraded our booking into 1 bedroom villa as a complimentary. This 4 star resort deserves at least 5 star in my opinion! It started right when we were about to check-in. There were many visitors, but we didn't have to wait for long. They were able to expedite the check-in process well. The receptionist crew were super friendly, and really spent the extra mile to engage in exciting conversations with you. They provided us with a refreshing welcome drink as well. The facilities of the resort seemed quite complete. They all seemed to be very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean, and the front desk was always very accommodating to fulfil any requests. The restaurant was very nice and the crew were very helpful. The food variety was great and the taste was good. They paid attention to details too, they had heater for their swimming pool so everyone could enjoy the not-so cold temperature of the water. They have movie nights that you shouldn't miss, plus the free pop-corn. The view was beautiful, and we couldn't miss to see the sunrise! We were able to see Bali as well! I would say that this was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at! I'd definitely stay here again for the next trip to Banyuwangi! Thank you very much to all the very friendly and welcoming crew members of Dialoog Resort!

It was an awesome experience to spend my new year holiday in this 18th floor hotel room for 4d3n. That was so high, I can see Suramadu and queue of cars at entrance of Tunjungan Plaza from my large window. I have no complain for my room and the bathroom. The 100k laundry for 12 peices was cheap and helpful. Just fyi, the phone in the room is unable to make an outgoing call but you can use the phone in the lobby by asking the front desk. The breakfast was various, they serve a traditional and western menu, I love their traditional snack corner so I can try the local food in my short trip right on my breakfast. Thank you Aria Centra and staff for a fabulous hospitality !
