Thank God, I was satisfied with my stay at MORAZEN Surabaya. The security guards in the lobby and parking lot were friendly and smiling. The receptionist in the lobby? Don't ask, they're definitely even friendlier. When I forgot my prayer mat, I asked to borrow one, and it was delivered to my room in less than 10 minutes. Their hospitality as hoteliers is very impressive. Good job, and thank you for your excellent service.

I was in need of a space to work through a few meetings nonstop. Looked online to find a hotel that provides a decent table and chair to put my laptop and some papers within a reasonable price. Booked a room here. To my surprise, the internet connection was AWESOME. Four, almost five full hours on Zoom, and not a single glitch. Way to go!

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and already it's become my favorite hotel in Surabaya. The room is not too big nor too small, the view is nice, and the price is very cheap. I like the vibe of the surrounding areas too. There is a lot of eateries to choose from and the traffic isn't as heavy since the place is inside a housing area. I will definitely choose this place again whenever I need to stay in Surabaya.
