Amazing experience

The room had just been touched up with paint and still had the industrial heater in the room - the smell was horrible. Add to this the extremely outdated facilities and threadbare carpet it was not a great stay. Front office tried to help but were not even able to provide an invoice on checking out!

Lovely place to stay, comfortable, clean & good breakfast, although probably due for a bit of an upgrade in the near future

Check in was easy and hassle free, it is unfortunate that the rooms are not maintained or cleaned well. Calcium build up and mould in shower, dust caked between skirting board and carpet. I’m not sure how hard it is to use a crevice attachment on the vacuum unit. Poor job from the cleaners that’s for sure.

I stayed at this property for 8 nights and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Dirty dishes were left on the floor outside rooms for over 24 hours without being cleaned up, which was quite unhygienic and unpleasant. During my entire stay, the staff never greeted me or offered any kind of welcome, which made the atmosphere feel cold and uninviting. The room itself lacked basic modern features—there was no smart TV, and the Foxtel service was fuzzy and didn’t work properly. I attempted to order room service and called repeatedly for over an hour with no answer. Eventually, I gave up and went across the road to eat. To top it off, the checkout experience was just as impersonal. The staff member at the desk didn’t speak to me at all—she simply handed me the bill with the EFTPOS machine beside it, offering no goodbye or thank you. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor service made for a disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

The property has a great selection of food outlets as well as a supermarket across the road and a pub that does really great food.

Nice spacious clean room. Quite dark though. No overhead lights over the bed, just lamps. Made it very dark at night even with all the lamps on.

Dirty rooms, tired carpet, chipped bath cracked tiles. In poor health this place. Accor you should do more!

perfect for our needs

On arrival in our first room my wife & I were met with the stink of wet carpet as the fridge must have leaked & a loud fan/dryer was in operation. The second room had two single beds, no double bed, a broken power point, stained towel, upside down toilet roll holder (so the roll kept falling off), the shower flooded the bathroom, no toilet brush, the soap dispenser was placed over a metre from the sink & the corridor smelt. The whole place looked tired & in need of a re-paint & general clean

3 days 4 people 2 towel. Never cleaned the room in 3 days
