I liked the location, the neighborhood, easy access to small grocery stores (to go along with my kitchenette setup), affordable restaurants nearby, and easy local public transportation. The room was generally comfortable, though could have used a more cozy reading chair. The top kitchenette cabinets and parts of the closet were built for much taller people than me and my room included a wheelchair accessible bathroom, which has both advantages and disadvantages, depending on needs and preferences. The front desk staff was rarely present during my stay and the public coffee & water appliances were as often inoperable as they were useful. There was a phone number to call, but that doesn't help when the guest can't reach a kitchen appliance (toaster? microwave?) off the top shelf...or wants a cup of coffee while sitting in the lobby. I've rated this hotel good, though not excellent. That said, I would stay there again if being near the Hauptbanhof would be helpful for my visit.

Everything was excellent, except for the lack of an air conditioner in the room, which can get a little stuffy in the summer. It's common practice to leave the windows open to let in cool air. Just be mindful of this if you are sensitive to road noise. Washing machines require better maintenance, as they leave a significant amount of lint on my laundry. My clothes actually ended up worst than before the wash :-(

200 meters from Vienna Central Rail station walkable distance to grocery, restaurants The room itself is nice, clean and convenient for short stays. Fast internet, comfy bed, small kitchenette, nice clean bathroom are highlights. Low lights - the room we stayed had some blockage in the shower drain and not sure if there was AC..we stayed in June and weather can be rather hot.

Self check in and check out. Decent room. Bed is a little small so you may wish to get two twins and push them together.

Vienna is a big disappointment.

Communication was terrible at first neither emails nor whatsapp line was working. Last day when sleeping somebody entered the room and told us that it is her room and room should be free??!! Definitely not a secure place and will not stay there again.

Well located near main train station and metro, close to restaurants.Modern appartement with many appliances,clean, comfy beds,the only thing missing is airconditioning, they provide a fan.

Great place to stay near Vienna centrale traim station.Easy to find and walkable. Clean and spacious room and bathroom with great amenities like coffe machine, glasses, cups and plates and cutlery and microwave and hob.Would recommend!

Under the right conditions, this is a good place to stay. HOWEVER, we encountered the following: no safe, no attended front desk to leave valuables, no air conditioning, poor ventilation, and unresponsive management. We checked in on a Saturday when the only communication was a chatbot. Despite being a nonsmoking room, the room’s air was smoky, masked by air freshener. In a few hours, the freshener disappeared and the room reeked of cigarettes. Turns out that there is no source of air except the window, which provided no ventilation on a calm day. We requested a room change through their 24/7 chat and was told that the request would be forwarded so that it could be handled promptly. I also contacted Expedia and was told I should have requested a nonsmoking room — rather redundant for a nonsmoking hotel. I was contacted the next day by the hotel about 20 hours later. They said they had problems with the ai chat. I lost contact with them for another 20 minutes while arranging the room change. The new room was fine and had a fan. SO: if the prior occupants didn’t smoke up the room, the weather isn’t warm or hot, you don’t need fresh air at night, and you have no need for assistance outside their very limited hours, then it’s a great place to stay — with an unexpected laundry room for washing your own clothes in the basement.

Ideal location if you are using the Vienna Central Station as a travel hub, as you can catch both trains and long-distance buses from there. Three grocery stores close by. They provide a cooking hub, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine, so it has everything you really need. Need is comfortable and the room is spacious. Check-in and check-out is all done online, and while some other reviewers found it problematic, I found it very easy and convenient. Communication (all online) is excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Dishwasher made some random noise when arrival into the hotel wouldn’t turn off. Fridge had leftover pork and someone’s meal smelt foul Towels for 5 days when they couldn’t dry out Just a heads up this place doesn’t have aircon so just like other people who complained about it being hot during sprint and summer. It will be hot it was warm during winter can’t imagine winter. As of this I would give this a more of a 1 over 5 stars. This should be more of an apartment over listed as a hotel on Expedia

This was an efficiently organized, well-equipped apartment that delivered what it promised: a clean space with all you need. What a delight to find a small, but perfectly-formed dishwasher! Such a nice hidden surprise!

Convenient location, close to train station and other necessities. A pleasant walk or quick tram to central Vienna sites. My only concern would be the lack of air conditioning. It was fine in April but could feel too hot in the summer.

Everything is good, except for the cleanliness of bathroom and floor.
