We spent such an amazing time on this Hotel. It was an anniversary travel and it could not be any better thanks for the time we spent here. The staff was very helpful at all times and we would like to mention Giorgio in the bar as an upstanding Manager and most of all a person always there to make your dreams come true. The pool, the gym, the sauna all were places that we visited and really enjoy because of the installations and the staff.

Very awful room, they mentioned, the room has a garden view which was a joke. You could see another concrete walls surrounding a very small poorly maintained lawn! If one throw themselves out of the window, they might be able to see that poorly maintained lawn. Breakfast was poor, overall it was one of the worst Ritz Carltons. I do not recommend it, at all!

The staff is what shines here. Outstanding service and a warm welcome for my traveling cat. We stayed 6 nights..the service was impeccable. The food was very good at the onsite restaurants and I enjoyed the spa and the rooftop bar. The only drawback is that the rooms are in need of an update. Old electrical, outdated heating/aircon, not so comfortable bed, no smart t.v.’s (really????) etc.. The room itself feels more like Marriott, not Ritz..especially for what I was expecting in such an international, high class city. The staff is five star all the way… imagine what it would be like if Marriott updated the rooms. I would love to stay again due to the fantastic service, however, the room quality is lacking - so, until they start remodeling..I will try another hotel in Vienna next time.

We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Vienna for three nights and had a really lovely experience. The staff were very pleasant, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The breakfast was fabulous and definitely one of the highlights for us. We especially enjoyed having breakfast at a window table — it was a great way to start the day. The location is very convenient on the Ringstrass, within easy distance of Wien Hbf, Belvedere Palace, the Kunsthistorisches Museum, and Hofburg Palace, so getting around and sightseeing was very easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Vienna to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Ritz never disappoints. The spacious rooms and the service were Excellent. The Breakfast supper delicious and they offered high end car services for our rides around museums. I cant want to come back.

We loved our stay at Ritz Carlton. The hotel is beautiful and we loved our room. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We used the club lounge and everything there is high quality. I would really recommend staying here if you visit Vienna. The location is great, 10 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to the main shopping area.

Lovely Hotel. Warm welcome. Lovely room. Good location. Great Breakfast. Only disappointment was that we said we were going for my partner’s 60th. We dressed up. Had an expensive meal. Not even a tiny birthday cake. Overestimated the attention to detail.
