Nicely appointed room with balcony. Quiet even though we are right downtown. Nice to drink from real glasses and not the cheap plastic ones. We would definitely stay here again.

The building was in poor condition. The floors with the ice and pool smelled terrible (like urinal cakes). The carpet in my room was dirty, and I didn't feel good about walking around barefoot. Low water pressure in my room and the toilet didn't flush well...

Lots of sirens all hours of the day, as the hospital is right down the street. Older hotel and they haven’t upgraded the windows so not sound proof. It is convenient to all downtown activities

staff not friendly and welcoming. was not prepared for the $40/night parking fee. shower controls were very difficult and touchy to find proper temperature. fitness facility pretty good but felt like a dungeon.

I have stayed at this hotels several times. The rooms are comfortable however the services you get is totally dependant to the people who are at the front desk, which means should be managed better

My only comment - sound from outside was very loud. Don’t think the windows have been upgraded in a long long time so sirens from nearly hospital were extremely loud. Woke me up a couple times.
