Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga

I only picked this hotel because there was a free shuttle & free breakfast. After I made my breakfast plate I was asked for my breakfast voucher… so I went and asked the front desk & he said I didn’t have a breakfast included in my hotel stay. I guess they let the food go to waste. It was really disappointing… will never book the 4 points again. The room was lovely.

Spent 5hrs only, so nothing much to report. The beds are very comfortable and all the areas are very clean.

The highlight of this stay was Kris at the bar! An amazing bartender and waiter. The food was also very good! Our room needed repair from a previous water leak. It is fine for a quick overnight stay

Very good location and accommodative staff

Shuttle bus most convenient for travellers and relatively easy to link up in the parking area at Pearson.

Airport shuttle needed to be called and took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. At check in, I was informed that the shuttle would only run every 40 minutes which meant a very early morning call for early flights. The room was large but claims of refurbishment seemed far fetched - cracked bathroom sink, ripped wallpaper. Bed extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Television performance was spotty. All in all not a pleasant stay, especially for the price.

We stayed here for a night for the Luke Combs concert at Roger’s Stadium. The stadium is 25 minutes away. Super easy to get onto the highway from the hotel. Decent location and much more reasonable than staying downtown Toronto. The room is a typical airport hotel room. Quite small and narrow, but it was clean. The bed was pretty hard, we would have liked a little more cushion. We were able to check-in early with no issues. Didn’t make use of the amenities but the he pool was a lot smaller in person. The restaurant looked nice but again we didn’t have time to check it out. Lots of hot water for our showers! All of our interactions with staff were very positive. Tim Hortons is right next door. 15 minutes to the Toronto Premium Outlets.

Good stay. Quiet. Bed was comfy and the pillows were good. Even the towels were a good size and appeared to be in good condition, (not like some that are so thin and barely dry your body). Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Staff in the dining area was very pleasant.

Very good! Helpful staff and clean room

We do a late check in but it turns to be a smooth and pleasant. The front desk is amazing(just forgot to get her name). She gave us a late check out, a courtesy for checking in late. The breakfast is absolutely delicious even though it’s a typical continental breakfast the taste is also amazing (I suggest to add it to your booking). Also, there is a complimentary free parking adding to this is a free shuttle for the airport.
