I had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific. Amer at the front desk was so helpful. He arranged a lovely room for me and helped me check in early after a long flight which I super appreciated. I had a delicious meal at 5 Sails where Will waited on me with courtesy and professionalism. The meal was excellent, part of the Dine Out Vancouver extravaganza. My tuna appetizer was beautiful, the filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the chocolate gateau was a perfect ending. When they found out I could not drink red wine, the sommelier was fantastic and made some excellent pairings for me. Overall a wonderful, relaxing and entirely satisfactory stay!

Comfortable and beautiful view!
The coffee maker was not intuitive - couldn’t figure out how to put the pod in. Instructions would help.
The tap is not installed properly. It should be closer to the sink so that the water flows closer to the centre of the sink and not at the back edge where water easily leaks onto the counter when in use.
There wasn’t much soap in the dispenser.
The breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to have fresh omelettes and NON PORK sausage options. Also the pastries were very dry and not tasty.
Overall I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Would come back. Thank you.
