Everything is perfect here. The only issue I had was that while waiting to check in, nobody called us over and several single travellers cut in front of my kids and I as it wasn’t super clear which desk to go to. But the staff is amazing, hotel is gorgeous, rooms are great. Maybe to note that the beds are very high up which isn’t safe for kids. Would be nice if they had those railings for the beds to contain the kiddos.

Most rooms are near the elevator due to the design, which can be quite loud at night. Otherwise hotel was clean and had great options. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Hotel staff were kind, professional and helpful. Elevators were down for all 5 days of our stay, sometimes only one was in service. Wait times to get to/from room were up to 30 minutes. With 30+ floors, this made for very long days.

We love this hotel and stay here a few times a year to go to sporting events and concerts. We walk to Rogers Centre or Scotiabank arena. Only complaint is the lobby bar sucks at service. It’s every time unfortunately. We just bring our own drinks for the room.

Overall a good stay.
Staff was very welcoming. Pool area was excellent - lots of space for many families. Rooms were well appointed.
We did have a problem with construction noise. They advertise noise from 8:30am-5pm, but we experienced construction noise until 10:45pm. When I called the front desk they didn’t know how long the noise would continue. They offered another room, but it wouldn’t fit our family, nor did we want to move at 10:00 at night. Something to consider if your room is in the South tower.
