Excellent hotel, great location, excellent value for money, on sight parking at a reasonable rate, clean and comfortable rooms, staff very friendly and helpful. The room rate was excellent value for money and also included breakfast, will definitely use this hotel again.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating, and even went above and beyond to make our birthday guest feel welcome with a message and balloons. Bag drop was offered, and they even dropped some balloons in the room for us as to keep the surprise.

Great location close to the city with plenty of transport links. Parking available at an additional cost. Room waa clean and tidy. Beds are awfully firm worh pillows quite lumpy. Found it difficult to get comfortable Hotel is quite noisy with a constant humming and banging from facilities within the building. Tv didnt work and wifi very poor. Breakfast was ok, food was over cooked and not eatable at times. Variety was great and could do with a better continental offering Overall clean and tidy but does need improving

It was a good hotel, quiet and pleasant. Some friendly staff and clean rooms. I was only disappointed when I requested a room with more windows as I have some health issues, although they had a lot of rooms available when my other friends asked for it, their rooms were changed. They also won’t bring in water or anything up your room but you have to go to the reception and get it yourself which make it difficult if you have kids with you. Other than that a fairly good hotel.

Everything was good apart from morning of check out, housekeeping knocked door at 10-30 am and didn’t wait for a reply before opening door. I found this very rude as I could have been undressed. Surely they should wait for a response before opening the door especially when it was 30 mins before check out time

Decent location, hotel could do with being updated. Lifts were shocking!! You’d want to get from the man floor to the floor you’re staying on and you’d end up going to multiple different floors first. When trying to depart and go from third floor to floor 0 we ended up going up to 11 and stopping at every floor on the way back down which was such an inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent.
