It’ll do for one night…

The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally.

Great location. The tubes are very accessible with shops if you need food or snacks. The room was clean and quiet, good for sleeping. The staff was helpful

Breakfast not as good as previous visits, much less choice and lower quality than previous visits ie no healthy cereal option such as bran flakes/ fruit n fibre/muesli, only two sweet bakery options, no mixed berry prepped fruit fur yoghurt etc. Room clean, but dated and at double the price of a more spacious, comfortable, modern Premier Inn room. Stand friendly and welcoming. Hotel well located for local amenities and good transport links

Room was pretty clean minus a hair here and there. Rooms were not soundproofed so could hear everyone in the hallway and in their rooms. Location is 5 minute walk away from subway station so very convenient. Bed was comfy. Staff were very nice.

Everything at the hotel was great. Room was marvelous, the staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Couldn't speak more highly of it! Thank you!!

Good room service staff Rooms dated Bathrooms need renovating - weird sinks

Check in was good, nice and new check in area. Rooms dated and not at all clean. Check out was at 12noon but we were woken at 9am by the cleaning staff asking us to leave the room so they could prepare it, same at 10am and again at 11am. Would not stay here again due to the above.

The cleaning staff was not good. Didn’t really clean the place well.

Comfortable room, staff friendly at check in/out. Good range at breakfast. There was always a very long queue for the lift to and from the car park so ended up using stairs with luggage.

Great property right next to the Hammersmith tube station, which made travel into city center of London super easy. The check-in was a bit confusing because they had a ground floor that was the main entrance and then the 1st floor where you check-in but could also access a couple of different ways. We took public transportation to the hotel from Heathrow so walked to the hotel from the tube station and couldn't find the ground floor entrance from the exit we took out of the tube station that first day. We figured out the layout pretty quickly though. The rooms were clean and updated and the restaurant was solid. We opted to have cleaning service every other day, in which they gave us some drink vouchers as compensation for being more environmentally conscious. The only complaint was that the elevators were always crowded so we opted to take the stairs nearly every time because it was hard to catch an empty one.

Rooms were small and dated. For the price you’d expect something a little nicer.

No cot despite paying for one. Didn’t answer the phone when phoning from the room. Very frustrating with a baby being put to sleep on an evening after checking in.

Nice staff, very friendly and available. The hotel is tired. Loo y looks nice but rooms are very dated and hallways are "grubby". Main lobby lift was broken as were 2 other room lifts. The remaining lifts were so slow as well. Fridge in our room didn't work and the AC was wired up wrong (3 blower symbol was off and 0 blowers was on) Bathroom appears to have the apocalypse finish with silicone around the toilet. Beds on the firmer side. Room was very quiet though. Breakfast was not worth £21.50 per person, quality of the food was not up to scratch. The meat looked like it had been shown a light bulb and things like beans were cold even under a heat lamp. Poor selection of gluten free offerings (specific to us) we were assured we would have plenty of choice to pick from but tis was not the case. Overall hotel needs a refurbishment and serious though as to if you need anhotle breakfast as you can get a lot better for less in surrounding establishments

Last minute booking after missed connection at Heathrow. Great location close to airport on Piccadilly line with plenty of places around to eat and drink. Clean comfortable hotel.
