Room was older and ran down a bit but was comfortable. Pull out couch bed was old, uncomfortable and very very thin. The location of the hotel is central but in the hustle of everything at all hours of the day. Personally I will stay in a different area of London when i return.

The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. However we booked a room here because it said the rooms had AC and when we checked in we were told our room didn’t have AC and they didn’t have any rooms available with AC

We had a poor experience. The room was inadequate for 3 adults as advertised. pull out sofa could not accommodate an adult. AC was broken so room was very hot. Room also smelled. Hotel overall is old and worn. Needs renovation. We checked out after 30 minutes.

The room was lovely. And the location was wonderful. Upon check in, we were informed our room did not have AC. That wasn’t going to work for us so they moved us to another room, which turned out great, but why not do that in the first place? And why not ask about other options, or call us?

The outlets weren’t working so I had to ask front desk for assistance but the person at the front desk was not very helpful. Gladly the bellman stepped in and helped me. Then I checked out and left my jacket in the room. I only realized after 6-8 hours but no one contacted me for several hours about it. I tried calling the property several times and no one picked up. I sent a message through Expedia and one one answered. I had to go to the hotel and asked them for it. Overall not very good customer service, small rooms and dated property but the location is great

Quiet - though close to the busy Liechester Square you could not hear the sounds below due to the protective windows. Windows don't open so Air Conditioning was perfect to have for cooler air. If you pause room service for at least one day, you receive a $7 coupon to the coffee shop attached below.

The room is clean. The window has the view of street and Leicester Square which is nice. Chinatown, Piccadilly Square and theaters just blocks away. Staff are very helpful. Air conditioning is working great. Only thing I found inconvenient is the room doesn’t provide a tissue box. That’s unusual. Overall the experience is good.
