Call them at 19:00 to ask them to bring a cap. They said they will ask House Keeping get it fix. They came after 30 or 40 minutes, but only to said that it 's not supposed to be Housekeeping. They will page the Engineer. And no one ever came back. So, we take off the bulb from the socket.- During check out, they have not give back the deposit already ask me to sign the receipt. I have to push back and said I will sign when I have received the money back-as the receipt is saying that I have received them back.- Still during check out, they check the room and ask about the lamp cap. The one thing I have been complaining about, and they ask where it is. So sad with the hotel service.
