Luxury Hotels in Gunung Sahari

I love the aircon, cool and made me sleep well. The room also soundproof.

It 's a nice place to have stay in this hotel, the rooms are clean, toilet in good condition, but it was a pitty that the TV only have a minimum channel, can't watch netflix etc. But the services are good, the hotel staff are kind and helpful, the foods also good 👍.

Furniture some already broken, and quite old.

First time stay. Good experience. Would love to stay again.

The security didn't help us for parking they only need our money everytime we leaving the hotel.

First time staying here. Room was spacious but the wall is too thin you can even hear someine sneezeing next door, check in/out was a breeze, staff was friendly. Too bad they didn't provide amenities like a 5-star hotel should be. Quite shocking they only provide 2 bath towels (that must use when you use their pool as well) and 1 doormats. No hand towel/face towel even if you requested they won't provide it. Lobby is spacious/grande, but hot. Breakfast quite vary with a very agile and friendly staff, but most of the menu was tasteless: (.

Pretty dirty place I've ever stayed!

Staff was very friendly, location is close to jiexpo. But no toileteries. Overall is okay, great place.
