Kamarnya lumayan nyaman dan bersih, restorannya kurang sih. Tamu hotel antri bakar roti dengan pegawai yang mau sarapan juga 😆.

Good service & clean hotel, for business travel or family vacation. Need to develop parking area.

Location is good as it 's nearer to the hospital that we wanted it. Room is small, no space to open your luggage, unless you don't mind to put it on the floor. Bathroom light is so so dimmed, very dark to me. Foods wise, it 's okay … so far, good deal with free breakfast. Considered clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no kettle to boil hot water and no hair dryer, you can get hairdryer upon request.

Everything is okay, but the food lacks variety and is not that tasty.

Customer service very bad, try to call the hotel and booked at 2am but the customer service seem too lazy to pick up the phone.

This hotel is suitable for travellers who will enjoy Palembang traditional cullinary since its location in Town. Easy come easy go while using mass transportations. Hotel clean and good breakfast as well.
