Best Hotels in Taman Sari, West Jakarta

Towels are late to be provided because the hotel got some issue with the laundry and there are no toiletries in the bathroom but it's good enough if you're here just to get some sleep.

Old, dirty, parking sucks, needs renovations.

air conditioning (ac) not cool it is warm and hot and leeks water, room not clean, bathroom not clean, the sheets and pillow not even comfy, the view not great, the tv not good all the signal is really bad, and the room is really small, and they say I can't change room because all of the room are booked, but 4 room near me doesnt have people in it, because 3 days I stayed there no one come in our out on that 4 rooms, and I check the application I can still book another room, that's means the place doesn't care about the people stay there, they only care is themselves

Great staff and excellent breakfast with many options of fruit & juice. Just one cockroach in bedroom.
