. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! I hope everything will be back to normal as soon as possible during this hard times. Stay safe and healthy to all

10 people stayed in the 3-bedroom unit: my mom, my brother, my sister & her husband & 3 children, my cousin, my husband, and me. We truly had a lovely time together. The rooms fit perfect for us. We cooked, we washed and dried our clothes, we watched movies, we swam, so many things we can do! The building management was kind enough to come to our room and give instructions on how to use the utilities at the unit. We stayed in other branches before, it's the same feel! A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel 💪

I had the most pleasant stay in Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel. The staffs, espescially Mbak Layla is super duper humble and helpful. The room was good, foods was delicious. The moment when join celebrating my sister's birthday is just heartwarming. Thank you for your super hospitality. Will comeback soon

First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

The accommodation is a perfect place to stay, located in the heart of Jakarta, Distance Walk to The Central Bus Shelter of Harmoni. Great view to Monas and The Skyscrapper. Affordable and good + Comfy. All Staff are Friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay here, the accommodation is perfect, clean, spacious, easy to get everywhere, strategic location. Breakfast was delicious also but did not various menu's.

Located in arguably the best part of the city, this hotel offers way more than it is currently priced. I personally like the lux atmosphere, decorations, and overall friendliness of the staff. This hotel feels brand new and more expensive that it actually is, and that is a great thing !. The room itself is spacious with the right amount of modern touch and luxury. My room has a quite large double beds and it's pretty comfy, though it'd better if bolsters are also provided, which unfortunately not the case. Standard amenities like water heates, coffee & tea, even a hair dryer was provided. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast and TV channels were plentiful with the presence of essential channels such as HBO, FOX, NAT GEO etc. Personally I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. Even at this price range, this hotel checked all my marks for a good business hotel. Even better in some areas than the more expensive hotels I must say. There are other hotels with similar prices which have the same qualities ( which aren't that many by the way ). But where this hotel shines is in it's strategic location ! So if you are doing a business travel and is looking for hotel with best "bang for your buck", I'll definitely recommend this one. Keep up the great work.

Suitable for those who likes shopping since amaris thamrin city is just floors below..lots of eateries nearby and convenient to go everywhere.
