This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

The worst hotel room I've been reserved. The room is smell like hell. The bed sheet is yellowish like never wash. When you are standing at the car park you will smell human feces. Only a few minutes after check-in I'm immediately check out.

This is a great place for relaxing, ambience is good, staff are very helpful, next trip to bintaro will come back again. Close by grocery store and owner are the same. Good job 👍.

The water heater didn't work, the last day I was gonna check out … thought that I could've wait until 2 PM but it did noteven though the night before one of them told me that I could check out until 2 PM. And that was rude!

Kamar bau banget, sprei dan bantal yg bau akhirnya diganti dengan yg baru, service cepat tanggap, tapi gak kuat malamnya bau roko dr luar masuk ke ruangan kamar semalaman, kasian ibu saya.

Saya pikir akan sama seperti booking hotel yang standby untuk memberikan akses kunci ternyata harus menghubungi pemilinya terlebih dahulu. Ruangan bau ROKOK yang gak banget sampai sesak nafas, ruangan bau debu seperti jarang dibersihkan general, bedsheet bekas pengunjung sebelumnya (photo saya lampirkan) saya protes dan diganti baru. Cermin dikasih dong minimal yang kecil. Saya bingung kenapa review tinggi disini🤔
