the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

The location of the hotel is located in the center of Semarang city and is quite strategic. This hotel is integrated with the mall. The room is clean and unique. Warm and cozzy. The staff very kind and helpful. Overall good service. We will come back and stay at this hotel if we go to semarang.

Very pleasant and convenience room and bath room with competitive price. Located very close to the Telogorejo hospital, food stalls and shopping malls. Would be great if an exhaust fan is installed in the bath room.

What a pleasant staying experience! The hotel had this classic hotel vibes with the interiors and such but the hospitality of each if the staff is superb, the room itself is super comfortable and I could see the sun rising from the window of my room 😍 it also had sofa by the window

It surprised me for the first time. To enter the lobby, we must go to car park than got welcomed in lobby. What an experience in first impression; I was like superstar who came to hotel but from secret way, hahahaha. The room is great too; it was a huge room for me and staff were definitely hotelier staffs. Love this hotel so much !

My first time staying in Simpang Lima Residence which was pretty good. Located nearby Simpang Lima junction, so you don't need to be worried when you're craving for some food. The staffs were friendly. Checkin and checkout time were quick. It's worth for the price too. They had a cool coffee, but I didn't try food and beverages yet. Maybe next time.

The accommodation is actually ok not that special, but the people, has made the stay excellent. Start from the security, receptionist, porter, waiters were nice, kind and polite, made me and my family feeling at home. Definitely will Come back for next visit. I'm so happy to stay in the first night at Holiday Inn Express Semarang in room 1206, that's why I decided to extend another one night here. The cleanliness is excellent. The only problem is only coming from 2 things. 1st coming from the smell from the towel. Before I used the smell was like mold. And 2nd the guy in the front office not so nice compared to the girls and the young guy (I forgot his name, but I think he is the older) maybe it because when I coming to the reception I was wearing short pants, flip flop, and mess shirt. As a person who also works in hospitality please do not classify people by how they look. The guest is always a guest. Don't show them any fake smiles. But overall I love the food, the cleanliness, the security system from the entrance is amazing.

The Staff were the best among the similar hotel in Semarang! The facility was just perfect! The one thing that the management should really put it in consideration is the lift. It just has 1 lift, additional 1 lift would be great.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for many times.. no regret at all, cause this is one of the best option I get. Great hotel with cheap price, near to Simpang Lima and CitraLand Mall. Clean room, AC and water heater all great. Just the parking is small so I had to move my car outside the hotel. Overall great. Thank you Citrip! Would love to come back soon.

It’s more than convenient for a transit accommodation, where you will spend most of the day outside. Small but clean room, hot water works all the time, which I like most about the hotel.

I had no big expectation when I booked the room for one night but it turned out to be a decent experience for my stay. Unique architecture from outside and the location itself is great, not too close to the busy road and lots of tourist attractions nearby. The room is spacious enough and comfortable for its price, but the bathroom could use some improvements. If you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

Nice experience to stay at this hotel during our trip to East Java from West Java in this holiday. The hotel have clean room with hot and cold shower, AC and TV. Their restaurant/coffee shop really interesting.
