Our arrival was a pleasant experience, thanks to the attentiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Farah at the front desk. Our stay was even more memorable with a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful city views. 1. I just have a suggestion... the way up to the parking lot and out of it... it's really narrow going up and down... It would be nice to improve the road construction and the way in and out of the parking lot... 2. And the TV... It's a 4-star hotel... use a smart TV... it's the modern era, you know... you can watch YouTube. 3. The food I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days... It was pretty good... but please vary the menu so I don't get bored... Thank you... Hotel Louis Kienne Jalan Pemuda. 🙏🙏😁😁
