Hi Louis Kienne, young man, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the entire room. The blankets provided are inadequate, the towels are unclean, the doormat is unclean, and the extra bed is not properly made. There were no cooking utensils because we booked a residence. Breakfast was very unpleasant and inadequate. Please improve everything. Thank you.

The safe deposit box was broken, the hair dryer was broken, the bed cover was torn, and the sheets were dirty. Once you're done, you'll be disappointed.

There are only two spots on the list, so you'll have to wait a very long time. The location is very strategic, but for those driving large vehicles, be prepared for a scary ride into the parking area—it'll test your adrenaline.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with my family and two adult children just to rest before continuing our trip back to Jakarta. Positives: 1. The location is quite good, right on a main road. 2. The staff was friendly and responsive to any issues. 3. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom and sufficient hot water. Needs Improvement: 1. The breakfast food was just "adequate" for a hotel like this; it could have been better. 2. The staff at the breakfast area was also a bit slow, resulting in a wait for some items to be refilled. 3. The staff, especially at the egg counter, seemed to be trainees, causing some guests to cancel their orders due to the long wait. 4. Electric car charging facilities could be provided. 5. The air conditioning in one of the two rooms the family occupied was not cooling. 6. There was a TV, but it didn't work.

The hotel is quite strategically located. However, the staff is inadequate to accommodate guest requests. For example, I asked to borrow an iron, even though I'd been informed the day before. The next morning, it hadn't been delivered, and the iron arrived at 9 a.m. They said there were only four irons available at the hotel.
