I stayed here during September 30-October 3 and I must say my stay was perfect! Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the cozy clean rooms, everything was just perfect. This is the perfect hotel for those who are looking for a more relaxing and calm-paced hotel. The room I stayed in was 329 and it was nice and clean! (I'm a bit of a clean freak by the way but this hotel catered everything and made sure my room was spotless!) I've already booked for my trip in November and can't wait to come back! It was a great experience overall. I mean, for the price I had to pay, I couldn't ask for a better one. The room is flawless, left no dirt on it, the bed is great and tidy, and the bathroom is really clean as well. The only downside, if any, is the place is a bit "hidden." Customer service: fast response, friendly, helpful. Wifi connection: fast, indihome remote hard to control. Swimming pool: well maintained, open during pandemic with limited to 5 people. Recommend to get room by the pool at 2nd floor for easy access to the pool. Please be warned that the 2nd floor is a smoking area. So the alleyway outside the front door rooms smell like a cigarette a little bit. But the room smell was fine. Didn't smell any cigarette inside room or the pool. Air conditioning: cold, working perfectly. Shower water: adjustable. Cold / warm / hot, pleasant bathroom experience. Asthetics: homey design, peaceful and calming mood. Location: there's not many places to go on foot nearby the hotel but at least its located on a quiet street. Just stayed at the hotel most of the time. Price: best money values spend for that peace of mind. Bed quality: perfect, sturdy, soft. Food service: there's restaurant called outpost at the lobby which open 24/7 for hotel visitor, tried pizza and it was nice, price little bit at the top for some food and average for others. Caffe latte caramel is nice. Will definitely come here again once a while when I'm bored at home.

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and good service. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Aston Priority Simatupang & Conference Center

Aston Simatupang has one of the best food in town. For a hotel quality, the food was amazing! Check in process was easy and I like how the staff is always ready at any time. Thank you Aston Simatupang!
