Bathtub is not maintained and water not flowing. Shower is outdated and need changes. Water water water is not working accordingly.

I book a junior suite # 1802. First when I call the operator who received my call didn't give any nice feedback. She 's just mention “based on availablity upon arrival” well I know all request subject to availablity however, may be she could just adding “alright sir/mam your request has been noted in our system, but still its based on the availablity upon arrival” I'm more accept this sentence. The AC in living room is leaking. The wall has many scretch (so many) The wall on second bathtoom crack and its looks disgusting. And the room smell is not fresh. As a hotelier also, I would be very ashamed to give my guest that room ☹.
