This was my first stay in this hotel. And I was quite expecting a past glory ambience, unfortunately I didn't get it. I am surely say that this would be my last stay. Despite the location which is just few steps from Gubeng train station, I cannot illustrate any impressive interior in this hotel. I found the bed cover still has stains sure they already clean it, but just not enough. Added with the white color of this cover, those stains were crystal clear appeared. The room had some kind of smell, not really stinky but still made me uncomfortable. I also found some mosquitoes in the room. Unbelievable😜. The breakfast also lacked of options. And I may say from the his minimalist menu, the fried rice was good. As other quests testimonies, I really experienced no hot water from the showers 😂. I think the management should improve many aspects of this hotel if wants to compete in this harsh competition again so many new hotels. You have strong points from the long historical tales and nostalgic, added with the strategic location, I think you will overcome all these obstacles to stand up again. I hope next time I can rate the best for you. Keep fighting✊🏻

Unlike other sahid group hotels, this one is very old. Well, I'm not gonna complain for the old style building and furnitures because the price in this hotel is not expensive. The location itself is not strategic since it is right behind the Gubeng station. You will hear trains passing by every hour. Once again, this is still acceptable considering the price. But at least they should have fixed the water heater problem. It took some time for the water to get warm. Maybe around 15 minutes after I turn the water on.

Strategic location in the middle of the town, but smelly rooms, no hot water, and the food is not tasty. Need renewal for the interior and improve good service to guests.

When I check in at night I around was so tired, once come into the rooms was horrible. The Blancket not wash so smelly even they wan to upgrade the room. Not worth to stay. Just not lucky on 2 Jan 2023.

Here we are not talking about the worn bed or cockroaches, the topic is about the lack of honesty when the room cleaners, after checking out of the hotel and on the train I remembered that I forgot my coat in the hotel room I called the hotel and replied to me and after waiting they told me that there is no jacket so I told them I care about the jacket in the middle of the pockets of the hakit Important papers. Tell the room boy to give me the papers and take the jacket, but to no avail, I ask the hotel manager to update my cleaners to return my papers.
