Lovely hotel. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, nice range to choose from. There is building work going on currently but we were not disturbed by that.

Savoy was amazing, the property was very well maintained and the staff provided stellar customer service. It was in a prime location making traveling to our tours very easy.
The daily breakfast was such a nice touch the options were endless and very tasty.
I would definitely recommend Savoy for your upcoming stay in Marakesh.
One area of opportunity, the pool closed very early! Extended pool hours is highly recommended.

The staff are very friendly and professional 5/5 and the hotel is in great condition.
However:
1. there is mega construction going on; the hotel is part of a mall development and the outdoor pool space is disturbed by the sound of jack hammers drilling.
2. Also, there is an extra up charge (EUr 25 pp) to use the basement indoor hot tub for 1 hr, which is a separate locked section of the indoor pool - this was a bait and switch hence the 3 star; shame this didn’t come up anywhere else.
3. Breakfast spread is good but the selection doesn’t change.
Not being able to use the pool side for some winter sun AND paying extra for a hot tub is more than enough to not stay here again.

Rooms are overpriced, service is slightly subpar, and most importantly hard to get a hold of. There was nothing in the room, no water or other drinks in the mini fridge, no bathrobes, had to try calling for 10 mins before reaching someone on the service line. WiFi password not written anywhere, had to call for that too and was told by room service it was the wrong number for the info and to try the operator instead. Nothing is deeply wrong with the place but the lack of attention to detail and to the customer is enough to spoil the experience.

This hotel is a mix. Marrakesh was cold when we visited in Dec 2025. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms the heater was not working. The staff tried to address the issue but it was clear that the staff new that this room had issues and they still gave it to customers. I do have to say that the management worked hard to give us differnt rooms but it had to be done in the morning while we slept in the cold! Otherwise the hotel is ok. It is abit out of date, but breakfast is great!

Room was kept clean daily and staff were very accommodating. Hotel is well placed for the medina, clubs, restaurants and can walk to places if you enjoy a good walk. Hotel has fantastic breakfast and we also had a great meal at the Italian restaurant. There's a mall on site which you can have your hair, pedicure, manicure all done, massage, hammams, saunas, all on site.

Decent hotel but hsk requests through reception were never really fulfilled. Room had burnt iron burnt iron board requested 3 times through reception never got it then contacted hsk directly and received it. room was not that clean bed head board had dirty marks but i guess thats normal in Morocco not to be bothered about it from my experience. still its a decent property but not worth the money they charge for sure

Our stay at the hotel was great! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very attentive to all our needs.
We noticed that some upgrades and expansions were being made to the building, but there was no noise or disruption during our stay.
Having tea available in the lobby throughout the day was also a lovely touch that made our visit even more enjoyable.
