There was a really nice hotel staff member, a woman whose name I forgot. She was beautiful and very helpful. Thanks.

It's very close to the MRT. The surrounding area is also pleasant for walking. There's a Cheers store right next door for food and drinks.

Please clean the rooms and improve the soundproofing of the walls. The staff are unfriendly. My breakfast lacks variety and always has the same menu. The tap water for drinking is very low and occasionally cuts out. Combs and cotton buds are not provided. The TV channels often have errors and turn off automatically. Please be aware, thanks.

Friendly staff, very close to the MRT station, flexible check-in times.

All staff very friendly. The room is clean and quiet. They have a nice outdoor pool with laundry machines. Benson served me well.

I'm so happy staying here. The distance to the MRT is close, and there are lots of places to eat for breakfast or places that are open until late at night. Because I brought my baby, I had to buy a few things and there's a supermarket at The Cathay near V Hotel Bencoolen. The staff are also very friendly, they offered us a city view room. I asked for an early check-in and that was okay too. Overall I'm really satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Very close to MRT and halal food center

Very close to Bencoolen MRT. There are plenty of halal restaurants right below the hotel. Highly recommended for Muslims looking for a hotel in Singapore.

We had a wonderful stay at V Hotel Bencoolen! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They immediately helped us with our luggage, and even offered us an early check-in without us asking for it. The hotel also has a self-service laundry, which was very convenient. The instructions were clear, and the staff patiently explained how to use the machines. The location is excellent—only about a 1-minute walk from the MRT station. The area is not too crowded, making it comfortable to get around. There is an Anywheel bike station right in front of the hotel, a 7-Eleven next door, and a food court just beside it with plenty of delicious comfort food. Don't miss the Pao Fan—it was so good! What impressed me the most was their exceptional service after we had already checked out. I had a Taobao parcel that unfortunately arrived after my departure. I contacted the hotel from Indonesia, and they were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They promptly replied to all my emails, printed the airway bill for me, attached it to the parcel, labeled it as requested, and even helped hand the package over to the SingPost courier. They truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, patience, and outstanding hospitality. The service was absolutely top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore!

Recommended hotel when you have a plan to visit Singapore, very strategic and friendly service

The hotel staff was quick and attentive. The location was truly convenient. The room was comfortable, though a bit cramped since we booked a triple room yesterday.

I've stayed here twice and I like everything. Except you can hear the hairdryer from the other room, and when someone showers, they gargle really loudly.
