I booked 2 rooms for 5 people including 1 triple room for 1 million. The hotel contacted the website to report that there was an unexpected change, so I suggested that I replace it with a deluxe room with a bathtub and add an extra bed and I also very happily agreed. However, breakfast does not serve buffet and at least basic drinks such as orange juice or coffee for the reason that they are only served on weekends when crowded. The water counter has only 1 bottle of filtered water and the food only has 1 dish as shown in the picture. When I complained to the staff they then brought each person a bottle of mineral water. Extremely contradictory because if they only have few guests they can't serve the buffet, why did they have to change my room? When I arrived to check in it was more than 13:00, but the hotel still did not prepare an extra bed for my room. The hotel's condition is new and clean, the staff is also quite good but not very enthusiastic. However, I still feel disadvantaged with the above experience
