Madiun Station
Madiun Station is under the management of PT. KAI (Persero) and belongs to the Operation Region 7 Madiun. It is a big class station which serves the train journey to the north, south, and east parts of Java Island. The station has been opened for public since 1898 while connecting Madiun to other big cities such as Banyuwangi, Surabaya, Malang, Bandung, Jakarta, and Yogyakarta. Madiun Station currently updates the facility with an airport-alike system.
The station is located at Kompol Sunaryo Street 6A, Madiun Lor, Manguharjo, Madiun, East Java 63102. It can be reached from almost every point of the city using a taxi, ojek, pedicab, motor pedicab, city bus, or a public transportation called “Len.” The location also lies not far from the Madiun Central Post Office, Madiun Kota Resort Police Station, and Santa Clara Hospital.
Surabaya Gubeng Station
Surabaya Gubeng Station plays a role as the central station in Surabaya which serves a train journey for the specific route in the northern and eastern part of Java Island. It has been established since 1878, when the early building, Old Gubeng Station, was formerly built in the west side of railway path, near DKT hospital. In the mid-1990, the New Station of Gubeng was officially built on the east railway side.
Gubeng Station belongs to Operation Region 8 Surabaya and is located in Gubeng Station Street, Pacar Keling, Tambaksari, Surabaya 60272. Its strategic site lies in the city center, across from Surabaya Submarine Station. To reach the station site, public transportation (angkot) is available to use with track T2, E, WB, and W which stops at New Gubeng Station, near Surabaya Municipal Waterworks.
