PO Giri Indah started operating in the 1970s with the inaugural route, namely Wonogiri - Sukoharjo - Solo - Semarang and vice versa. PO Giri Indah also dared to expand its route to become AKAP with the route of Wonogiri - Solo - Semarang - Karawang - Jakarta and vice versa in 1982. In 1998, PO Giri Indah collapsed due to the monetary crisis and riots. However, PO Giri Indah managed to bounce back by buying other POs, such as the JM Solo Group.

Passengers who miss the bus due to arriving late at the departure point cannot request a refund.

Passengers are prohibited from bringing illegal goods, weapons, animals, and other items that can interfere with the comfort and safety of other passengers.
Giri Indah is not responsible for lost, damaged or exchanged passenger items.
Departure times, bus types and routes are subject to change due to operational reasons.
If the bus is canceled due to damage or force majeure and no other buses are available, passengers will get a 100% refund.
Giri Indah has the right to drop off or refuse to carry passengers who disturb the safety and comfort of other passengers.
Under certain conditions, Giri Indah has the right to use the back area of ​​the bus as additional baggage storage.
Regarding the implementation of Emergency PPKM, please provide additional conditions for departure:
Show vaccine card (at least the first dose of vaccination).
Shows the results of a negative PCR test whose samples were taken within a period of time (H-2) or Antigen Rapid test (H-1) for modes of transportation of private cars, motorbikes, buses, trains and ships.
