I am very disappointed with our experience. We originally booked a room at Oaks Hotel, but upon arrival we were told it was under maintenance and were relocated to the Hilton Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The first room had no running water, so we had to move to another room. The second room was very dark because the lighting was not working properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issues, and we did not feel welcomed or supported. The conditions were so poor that we had to leave the same day and did not stay the night. We paid for a hotel stay that we were unable to enjoy. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the room conditions and customer service.

My friends and I got the 2 connected rooms for one night and it was awesome! Very nice views from the room and everything is clean. Only thing is parking that weekend was 50$ a car overnight which is a bit much but I guess expected for a holiday weekend.

I along with 35 other people waited in line to check in at 3:15pm for 55 MINUTES to only be told they have moved my reservation to Hilton Hotel. There was only two front desk staff during my entire 55 MINUTES standing in line to get my check in turn to check in. Front desk staff could have walked thru the line up and I form us ALL to go to Hilton Hotel. They did not take any id or info and just pointed me in the direction of the Hilton Hotel. A total waste of my family's time which then caused us to miss a 4:45pm reservation at Niagara Takes Flight!

They had plumbing issues so they transferred us to a different hotel. They could have cancelled and refunded. They could have left us to figure things out. But they were responsible and made sure we were booked to an equally great hotel. So thank you and more power, Oakes.

We arrived at 1:30 and the check in time was at 4. We wanted to see if we could check in early, but they said to come back at 4. We came back at 4 and the room still wasn’t ready. We got to our room at 4:45. They did not even apologize or give us anything for the inconvenience. When we got into the room, we found food on the floor and a used contact lens in the bathroom. We asked them to clean the room the next day and they never showed up. The view from the room was amazing, but that was the only redeeming factor for this hotel.
