Excellent location, view was a plus. Very clean and comfortable. Not luxury but it was a nice relaxing place to stay. We are a family of 4, book 2 queen beds with fallsview, we had a great time. I would definitely return. Recommend it.

Having a room with the view of the falls was terrific. The parking was convenient and very accessible to us. The staff was helpful in finding places to eat and providing information regarding sightseeing services nearby. The cost was very reasonable.

We had a lovely view of the river and the falls and enjoyed watching 10pm fireworks from our windows. The place was clean and comfortable... if a little dated. In a great location right at the top of the funicular! Very spacious accommodation's. Parking was nearby and convenient. We didn't take advantage of pool, sauna, etc. Would have if we had more time.

We had an amazing view of the falls. Most Staff seemed slightly rude, a few were helpful, the bell hop at least. It was a little strange to not have a microwave in the room. Coffee was amazing.. I would have expected a little better maintenance for the amount we paid.

I liked the location of the property overlooking the falls. I did not like the fact that I arrived at the property at 4:10 pm to check in for a 4:00 pm check in, and my room wasn't ready. I finally got into my room at 4:50 pm. If check in is at 4:00 pm then my room should be ready then. Also I didn't like the $50 parking fee per night. It cost me $100 in parking to stay for two nights. What a gouge! Not to mention they did not have any accessible towels in the pool area. They did finally bring some but it gives you an idea of the kind of service they provided.
