Loved our stay. The room was bigger than we thought it would be and well stocked for our trip. Nice to have a pool and walking trails right there! We will have to return in the fall to use the fireplace. Only wish there was AC as our room got pretty hot and being ground level it was hard to have the windows open at night with the bedroom being right there. All in all a great stay

Good accommodation in Banff, handy free bus pass which we used regularly to get into the centre of town and avoid parking. Good room facilities which meant we didn’t need to eat out every evening.

This was the second time we stayed in the condo unit. It’s perfect for a family and can cook your own meals. On site laundry is also a bonus! Downside, there is no AC in the units. The pool was very cold and the hot tub wasn’t working. The sauna was very nice though.

Do not recommend. Office staff not responsive to an issue at property. Asked to have them contact me, after not hearing from them for two days after checkout, Expedia got involved and then got a very indignant response from the manager. I would not recommend staying here unless it was a last resort. Not acceptable to be treated as we were by office manager (hoping to blow issue under the rug and then saying our issue was a non-issue even though her maintenance man confirmed our air conditioner didn’t work.). It was a hot July day, and we picked this place specifically for the air conditioning. If the air conditioner was working why didn’t the maintenance person get it working for us? The office did not provide fans in lieu of air conditioner not working. Paid WAY too much for this to happen. I am sure they will have a response where they don’t take any responsibility and push this back on me. Do not recommend.

Picked this hotel specifically for the air conditioning (not all places have air). The air worked the first night. After hiking all day and returning to the room, the air was not working. We immediately called the desk and reported this. They sent a facilities person who confirmed it was broken. We asked for a fan, but they never provided one. The next day at checkout I requested a partial refund. I was told I needed to talk to the manager and she would call me. Two days later, not hearing from her, I contacted Expedia for help in dealing with w this matter. They contacted the manager and were told that since it was a prepaid room, there would be no price adjustment. I then received an email from the manager (after Expedia contacted her) and she informed me that the air unit was working (which doesn’t seem possible since her maintenance person said it was broken when he came to our room; seems convenient to say that to not look at fault). Overall, I would never recommend this place given they didn’t provide a fan and didn’t respond to me in a timely manner. I feel that they wouldn’t have contacted me if Expedia didn’t get involved. This was by far the worst stay on our vacation. There are better options for this price point. It is an older facility and overall an unfortunate experience for us.

It is set up for multi night stay. Little kitchen, stove and fridge. Maybe the largest shower we have seen. Oddly you have to turn the water on from inside, can't adjust the temp without standing under it? Wierd design, but nice. Pool is in a separate blg, so when you get out, either sit til you dry or get a little chilly getting back to your room
