We dined in the restaurant as we were very disappointed at the food offer and quality in the bar. Restaurant was good,I discovered that bar menu had been upgraded,will still use restaurant in future.

Easy check in and out, nice clean room and comfortable bed.

Perfect for an early flight with a toddler, big rooms and walkable to the terminal

Fantastic location, a covered, five minute walk directly from Heathrow terminal Five. Top notch service throughout the hotel. Sumptuous breakfast available as well as delicious dinner choices at the Vivre restaurant. Arrive, enjoy, and forget about jet lag!

Excellent check in experience. Room was great with white bedding and spotlessly clean bathroom. Restaurant on evening had a great choice of food and snacks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to re-book.

If you accept that it’s an airport hotel and therefore a conveyor belt of people then it’s fine (if expensive) for its convenience to T5. Check in usually involves a queue, the bedrooms need a general update and the in room tech is antiquated (only miracast for the TVs - no plug sockets next to the bed let alone usb’s - touch button light switches broken etc). Feels a bit of a time warp really and could do with a refurb.

Hello, During my previous visits I did not have to pay for amenities ( steam room etc) . Now there is an additional £40 charge. I don't pay that in other hotels of this quality. Other than that, I enjoyed the breakfast and convenience of the hotel. Derek

The property and staff was everything I needed for my upcoming flight the following morning. The staff was so helpful with every aspect of my arrival and departure that when I fly into Heathrow I’ll be staying here moving forward. The restaurant was exceptional and the meal was also exceptional. As you can tell I was very pleased. Thank you

Perfect location for Heathrow Terminal 5. Helpful desk staff. Nice comfortable beds. Can’t comment on breakfast as didn’t have time to sample it.

Stayed there because we were meeting our travel group. Place was nice. Restaurant was good

Convenient location marred by terrible WiFi making it impossible to work remotely ( phone signal not good either )

This place is incredibly convenient if you need a quick place to stay. As soon as you deplane, catch the train to T5, and take the lift to the ground floor of the terminal and follow the signs. If you need a car, the SIXT station is also available. Upon entry, there were multiple desks to check in, which is great if you are exhausted. There were several restaurants to eat from. From there, the rooms were so nicely renovated. It was such a great experience. I had a luxury room which included a minibar for free. It was nicely stocked and cold. The bathroom was nice as well. Spacious and the tub was clean. I took the most lovely bath which practically had me unconscious within minutes, lol. The staff were friendly and as mentioned, it’s incredibly convenient. I fully intend to stay there again.

Reception check-in was impersonal and gave no information. Room is dated, no USB or even socket by bed. Probably once a hotel that demanded that price tag but no more I’m afraid.

Nice bedroom. Yet I was so frustrated with the poorly written signage everywhere - small print and in elevator not correlation to floor numbers where bars or restaurants were. Plus, it is not intuitive how hot water or shower heads are turned on. I’m a fairly sophisticated man and well travelled but I was frustrated from the point I left the lobby to the point I left this morning. It took forever to find out how to turn lights on. A simple “insert card here” sign would be very helpful. Finally, it is very outdated. Only a USb outlet existed.

Always great staying here the night before a morning flight. A fantastic meal at the French restaurant.

Rhe moment arrived the staff were polite & helpful. The room was spacious & perfect. The food in the restaurant was spot on for dinner & breakfast 😋
