Excellent location. The hotel is actually in T5. A corridor connects the hotel to the Arrivals. The room was lovely - well sound-proofed. Plenty of dining options. Had a relaxing stay before catching a long-haul flight!

The hotel is great. Right in T5. The reception staff are 5 star and the restaurant staff are great too. No plug sockets beside the beds is a huge no from me so won’t stay again but gave 5 stars as it’s so comfortable and offers great service

Room was tired, no natural light, only instant coffee, no outlets next to bed, and the desk outlet set my adapter on fire (it’s been fine in countless other places). Super disappointing experience.
