Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

It wasn't clean. No extra toilet paper. Not enough towels. Drains didn't drain.

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Clean hotel room.

Location was perfect, the lobby was really cool and peaceful, they charged me extra to keep la stuff until check in, the rest of the hotel, around the rooms were really dirty. Amenities were poor but at least staff were nice

Muy pequeño demasiado. No tienen ventanas .solo es una cama y el baño no hay mas espacio. Oscuro. La verdad nada que ver con otros hoteles y por el mismo precio. Mala experiencia

Excellent hotel right in the heart of the theatre district

Clean and fabulous location. Room doesn’t have a tv, clock or window so felt rather like being in a broom cupboard. Room size was also on the small side for 2 adults.

Great room with aircon, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Easy to find in the heart of Piccadilly Circus.

Super dark (no windows) and super quiet, so we got a great nights sleep. No furniture in the room… would have been be nice to have a bench or a suitcase rack. No hairdryer. Super expensive to have them hold your luggage. We used a Bounce luggage storage location nearby.

Went as a family of 4. Easy to check in and the reception area looked spacious and modern. Our children loved the room itself. It was generally clean although basin wasn't. There was no window, so although it is disorientating, we slept really well. The air-con was really strong, which we appreciated and the bed was comfortable. It was generally quiet too. I feel like the room could be designed a little different to accommodate a desk and a chair or a surface where we could put some of our belongings on, rather than the area at the end of the bed that we have to crawl to get at the bottom bunk. Unfortunately there was no water, cups, tea or coffee in the room. I believe we could venture downstairs to buy from vending machine, but we did not bothered as it was too much hassle to get dressed after our shower to get a hot drink. It did feel expensive for the lack of amenities, but overall a good stay. It is not somewhere we would like to spend more than one night though as apart from the bed, there is no comfort to the room. The floor is tiled, so some kind of flip flops would be advised if you prefer softer flooring. The bathroom door is a translucent sliding door, which can be noisy in the middle of the night for a bathroom trip plus it really didn't matter if the door was solid for more privacy as there were no natural daylight in the room.

Check-in system is self-help and doesn’t recognise Hotel.com confirmation numbers so needed to wait for the too few staff hanging around. Also not having an iron in the room was a pain.

I love the place

Excellent location! However, No front desk service. No customer service. No furniture. No basic essentials, such as hand towels or face towels. No windows. The mattress is too low for getting up and down since it is on the floor !

We stayed 2 nights, the location is excelente, the only thing is if you arrive early o you left late if you want to leave the luggage it have cost for each luggage.

It’s a very well located hotel. Many good bars and restaurants and Kondon attractions are within walking distance. Once you enter the hotel and your room it is so quiet. On my last visit I had the best nights sleep in a long time.

We knew the rooms were going to be basic but man, no surfaces to put anything down on was rough! There were 4 of us in a room am and it was chaos. The glass door to the bathroom was basically see-through so it was very hard to go anywhere (other than the shower) to change. And there were no small/soft lights. Only large, glaring lights. So if someone wanted to crash out or others came back later, you couldn’t turn a small light on to see and had to use your phone in one hand to get around, all while flopping through your stuff on the floor. I mean, the place looks cool and all, and it’s right in the heart of picadilly, but the actual stay in the room was not great.

Location wise it couldn’t be better. It did feel a bit strange not having a window in the room, but it did feel cosy. I found everything very dark though throughout the hotel, so I wouldn’t to stay more than a couple of nights. Bed was very comfy and a great shower
