We stayed as a family of 4 . The location was excellent and it was perfect to have somewhere to rest and put your head down but there is no privacy in the room so if you are sharing please bear this in mind .

Awesome, clean hotel with everything I need. Comfy bed, lovely shower. Rooms don’t have windows but that is perfect. Would happily stay again

Lovely hotel, exactly what we needed to get away from the chaos of London! Room was very clean and very quiet - couldn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms. Felt very luxurious as well. A quiet little oasis, would definitely stay again.

The bathroom/ shower was absolutely disgusting. Soap scum so thick on the walls and floor.. looked like shower was not cleaned in weeks. Room was very stuffy

It was clean. But the check in wasn’t till 3. They charged $50 for an early check in which is fine & acceptable. The part that got to me was that they didn’t hold your bags. Usually hotels hold your luggage till your room is ready. They don’t. You would have to pay about $20 per bag. Or pay the early check in.
