The hotel is convenient for overnight stay for a connecting flight the next day however for the price I paid expected the room to be amazing. I was also told that I was upgraded which didn't seem like it... Rooms could use some updating - the carpet was stained and in general if felt dirty. I would have been fine if I paid 1/2 the price of what I paid. For over $250 a night you would expect a nice hotel room

Terrible. No water, no plugs by the bed, a shower door that sounds like it’s going to fall over and break. This is a never been renovated Sofitel. Do not Stay here. Staff were completely blank. Could not even get a basic necessity like water delivered. Waited an hour and had to walk to reception.

There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in.
