Our stay at the Cambridge Hotel Medan was very pleasant. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, Ms. Fira. Check-in was quick and easy. One of our rooms was upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room. The hotel facilities were quite good: the room was clean, the bathroom clean, and the shower powerful. The breakfast menu was very varied. Thank you, Cambridge Hotel.

The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. My first stay here was an unforgettable staycation. The view from the house overlooks Medan. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. The bed is spacious and the room is spacious. The food is varied. Valet parking is also available.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always. - Intan

quite satisfying, affordable price, adequate car parking, cold air conditioning, comfortable and clean room, clean pillow sheets but the pillows are a bit hard even though they are soft. The hotel environment is neat and well-maintained like a new hotel. Will stay here again when going to Medan.
