If you're here for Legoland, you're in a perfect spot. Undoubtedly clean, new, good staff attending. The hotel feels like an oasis in the middle of nowhere. Complete clean kitchen, even with a complete supermarket next to Mall of Medini, and a smaller supermarket downstairs. Not far, there should be the Eco Botanic complex which has lots of eateries options. We will definitely come back here again.

It was an interesting experience staying at this hotel. My first experience staying in Johor Bahru. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room size is quite spacious, the food has many variations, and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I was very helped by the night shift hotel reception staff (female) who provided detailed information about the departure process from JB Central to Woodland Check Point in Singapore, because this was my first experience coming to Johor Bahru via Singapore. I really appreciate it 🙏🙏👍👍

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Citrus Hotel is the best hotel to stay if planning to and from Singapore, just 5 minutes walking to JB CIQ. All the front reception was very good, my sincerely thank you to En. Putera, where he made our check-in fast and smooth as we are rushing to catch our train to SG. And thank you so much Mr. Eswaran for a great and good breakfast. Ohhh ya, the room was cleaned everyday during our stay for 4 days 3 nights. Parking just paid RM15 per day with security. My family was very happy and surely will stay in the same hotel again and again.

Comfortable and clean hotel. I stayed in room 203, the room was big with a window. It was very pleasant to rest peacefully. Clean bathroom. Strong shower water, there is a bidet and jet shower in the toilet. Complete amenities. Soft bed and soft pillows. Eat Saur ala carte which is a menu that suits the Indonesian tongue. The location is outside JB Sentral but there are 2 KSL malls and Plaza Plangi. Behind the hotel there is a food court. I will stay again if I have a business trip in Spore.

To reach Pulai by bus from Kuala Lumpur, get the bus ticket to Larkin, Johor Bahru at South Integrated Terminal (TBS). The journey will take approximately four hours. From Larkin Central, get a taxi to reach Pulai.

By Plane

To reach Pulai by flight from Kuala Lumpur, either from Subang Airport or KLIA2, get a flight ticket to Senai International Airport where the journey takes exactly an hour. From Senai Airport, get a taxi to reach Pulai and the journey will be about half an hour.

Very spacious, comfortable room, newly furnished with big bed and two attached bathrooms suitable for family vacation. Satisfying selection on breakfast buffet menus and all were so delicious. Good facilities such as sauna and super sized swimming pool. Good hospitality and helpful staff.
