Labo Airport -Labo Airport or also known as Ozamiz Airport is the main airport serving for Ozamiz City and other areas located near to the city. It is the only airport in Misamis Occidental province. It is also one of the busiest airports in Mindanao. This airport only operates for domestic airlines, which include Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, Cebu Pacific by Cebgo. These airlines will make their way to Cebu and Manila. The distance between this airport and the city of Ozamiz is about 11.8 kilometres.

There is no difference in climate in Ozamiz and Cagayan de Oro. Ozamiz has a tropical climate which receives a significant amount of rainfall throughout the year. The average annual temperate in the city is 27.3 degrees Celsius. Early of the year, Ozamiz will experience hot and humid weather with a lesser probability of rainfall.   • Naomi’s Botanical Garden -Naomi’s Botanical Garden is one of the attractions in Ozamiz City. It covers an area of 9 hectares. This garden features fruit, ornamental plants as well as ceramic shops. The visitors can see the largest collections of bromeliads in the nursery plant area. The visitors can spend their time playing tennis and bringing their kids to the playground.   • Fuerte de la Concepcion y del Triunfo -Fuerte de la Concepcion y del Triunfo is a Spanish fortress that constructed in 1707. The purpose of building the fort is to protect the local people from pirates and shelter for Spanish galleons. In the year of 2002, this fort has become one of the national historic landmarks in Ozamiz. It is made out of coral stone and has four bulwarks which are called San Fernando, San Jose, Santiago and San Ignacio. It has transformed into a shrine of the Immaculate Conception. The visitors can see the image of the Virgin Mary in the chapel and on the outside fort wall. The visitors can find a souvenir store and museum within the area.
