This is my third time checking in at The Groove Suites, and I must say, it has been a consistently pleasant experience. The staff are always kind and helpful. What I find most intriguing about this hotel is its unique room layout, which deviates from the traditional hotel designs. It's not your typical, boring hotel room. I am eagerly looking forward to my fourth stay here in the near future.

We got a high floor, 31. Close to Epicentrum Walk, PasFest, and you can exercise and swim nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Our four days there were enjoyable.

I stayed here during September 30-October 3 and I must say my stay was perfect! Everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the cozy clean rooms, everything was just perfect. This is the perfect hotel for those who are looking for a more relaxing and calm-paced hotel. The room I stayed in was 329 and it was nice and clean! (I'm a bit of a clean freak by the way but this hotel catered everything and made sure my room was spotless!) I've already booked for my trip in November and can't wait to come back! d'primahotel Mega Kuningan

+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.
