It was a truly delightful experience staying here. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I left an item behind, they were very helpful in securing it until it was returned to its owner. The service was excellent, and the price was very affordable considering its location in the heart of Malang. Furthermore, the swimming pool was very comfortable. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.

In my opinion, it's the best hotel. The service is incredibly friendly and the rooms are incredibly clean. The sheets are spotlessly clean, unlike other hotels where the sheets are sometimes stained and the room is covered in dust. Here, there's no dust at all. It's incredibly clean and comfortable.

D'Fresh Hotel & Resto Manage by Ascent Malang

When you're tired of traveling long distances, a short check-in time is very helpful. Plus the kitchen staff's willingness to serve in the restaurant even though orders were already closed. Amazing, so we didn't have to bother going out to find dinner. Gallons of water are also provided in the lobby to refill as desired. The hot water in the bathroom is strong and functions well. The AC is also cold. Rooms are clean and spacious. Most of the people staying are families, so it feels comfortable. A smoking area is provided in the garden in front of the room.
