I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was really nice and clean, which made my visit super comfortable. The food was yummy, especially the breakfast buffet – so many delicious options! It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. The hotel boasts a prime location within the mall and adjacent to Pacific Mall. Rooms offer expansive views, especially breathtaking city skyline vistas at night. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices (including local cuisine and Western dishes), all of excellent quality. A truly exceptional stay, I will definitely return.

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

My first stay here was very pleasant. The location is very strategic, right in the city center, and if you want to go to Lippo Mall Nusantara, you can go through the back street in less than 5 minutes. The room is very comfortable, and at night, there's a sensor system that automatically turns off the lights around 8 p.m., making it easier to sleep comfortably (for those who like to sleep in the dark). The food is quite tasty, complete, and varied. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
