Thank you to all the staff of Hotel Santika Premier Bandara Palembang who have provided excellent service to customers, starting from reservations, airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as the front office staff who handled check-in and check-out and the restaurant staff who have provided the best service and the menu at breakfast is very varied, ranging from international food to traditional food is also available and the taste is great so it is confusing to choose, and for the room is quite spacious complete facilities only lacks a garden view lack of lighting, so if the night is dark so if you want to smoke a bit lazy, heheheh. Next, I will come back again to stay with my family and thank you very much to Mr. Idris (Bell Driver) who has helped us from pick-up and drop-off to the airport and preparing the items that were left. Thank you, see you next time.

The location was fair, quite, not so close yet not so far from the city center and touristic spots you might want to go either. The closest LRT station was RSUD station, it's about 1.2 km or about 11 to 15 mins by walk. Although you can easily get transferred by online taxi such as Grab and Gojek with reasonable reason. The hotel was also surrounded by convenient store (Alfamart) which was exactly facing the hotel and laundry house to the left. The staffs were friendly and ready to help. It has a gym with adequate machines to keep up my gym routine and swimming pool for the refreshment after. The breakfast was also varied and tasty, it served many types of meals, from local dish, other Indonesian, other Asian, to western food. Last but not least, I don't know whether this can or can't be a fair judgment but I liked the cats around the gym and smoking area. They were cute. In conclusion, though the price was affordable, it was very satisfying! Please keep up the good work! Would like to come back here again~.
