Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me very friendly and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

It was a really fun vacation with the kids at this Wyndham hotel. The pool was clean and accessible until 9 PM. The service was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very happy to have found this hotel, happy to be able to stay here and have stayed here twice. From all sides it really deserves a thumbs up. Strategic location, check in - check out is not complicated, from the receptionist to the aesthetic room, the most favorite because it is smoker friendly, unique because there are rooms that have a smoking area, there is a smart TV. Friendly security guards, friendly and very fast receptionists. For a fairly affordable price, I am very satisfied to get a service like this. Everything is really comfortable and 100% will come back here again. Thank you 🙂‍↕️
