The check-in process was very quick and easy. I was upgraded to a Grand Deluxe room, and it turned out to have a newer interior, cleaner carpet, and brighter rooms. The view from my room was also incredibly impressive, overlooking Jalan Basuki Rachmat. Parking is ample. There are two hotel exits, one at the front and one at the side. The room was super comfortable, so I even extended my stay for another three days, making my stay a total of eight. Hopefully, things will improve in the future, and I'll be even more satisfied with my stay at Wyndham Surabaya.

I spent two memorable nights here for a weekend. One of my favorite things about the hotel is the rooftop pool, which offers stunning city views and makes relaxing even more enjoyable. The gym is also excellent, with a stunning view that makes exercising even more enjoyable. The location is strategic, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calming and perfect for unwinding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Honestly, at first I didn't expect the place to be this nice. Kouzui Homestay is really comfortable, perfect for those who want to staycation or just rest after traveling. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the facilities are complete. There is AC, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, basically it's not a hassle. The decoration is also aesthetic, making you want to lie down for a long time. The best thing is the staff is very friendly! They are not stingy in giving information about good places to eat and exciting tours around here. So it's easier to organize an itinerary 🫰🫰 The location is also perfect, near RM Padang Saiyo Sakato, close to everywhere, but still quiet, not noisy. For those from out of town or Surabaya kids who want a little healing, this is highly recommended! Anyway, if you are looking for a comfortable homestay, reasonable price, and top service, Kouzui Homestay is the answer 👍
