We stayed here on May 26. This hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. Very courteous and professional staff. The rooms were well-sized and very well prepared for comfort. The hospitality at the restaurant was also very good. They serve a good selection of food and drinks. I liked their sweets offerings too.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious enough for the price, and the bed was large, making it comfortable for kids. There were so many breakfast options, it was overwhelming, hehe. Some were delicious, some were so-so, but it was still worth it. The location is truly strategic, in the middle of the city, close to malls and hangout/snack spots along the street in front of the hotel. I'll definitely come back here again.

Highly recommended for those traveling to Surabaya. Thank God, I stayed here for two nights and it was comfortable. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities. The AC was cool and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay. Next time I go to SBY, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully, there will be continuous evaluations to provide the best again. Thank you.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everyone from the security guard at the front desk, the housekeeping staff, the restaurant staff, and the parking attendants were very friendly and polite. I truly felt comfortable staying at Morazen. To Mrs. Bella, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for helping me print and revise my documents, as it was late at night and I had to send the necessary documents immediately. Thank you again, Mrs. Bella. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, from international to local, and the food is delicious. The hotel also has a comfortable semi-indoor swimming pool and a children's pool. It was a pleasure staying at Morazen, and I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues if I have an assignment in Surabaya.

Honestly, at first I didn't expect the place to be this nice. Kouzui Homestay is really comfortable, perfect for those who want to staycation or just rest after traveling. The rooms are clean, tidy, and the facilities are complete. There is AC, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, basically it's not a hassle. The decoration is also aesthetic, making you want to lie down for a long time. The best thing is the staff is very friendly! They are not stingy in giving information about good places to eat and exciting tours around here. So it's easier to organize an itinerary 🫰🫰 The location is also perfect, near RM Padang Saiyo Sakato, close to everywhere, but still quiet, not noisy. For those from out of town or Surabaya kids who want a little healing, this is highly recommended! Anyway, if you are looking for a comfortable homestay, reasonable price, and top service, Kouzui Homestay is the answer 👍
