We had a good time staying at this hotel. However, one thing that needs to be improved is the place to park the car. The car park is always full. We need to pay for valet parking, which can be considered as expensive fees.

Booked a non smoking room but didnāt get one available, promised by the receptionist to be ozonized but no one showed up, and no one picked up the housekeeping call. Very uncomfortable from the smoking smell. The room service food was so-so and a bit pricey.
