I had a wonderful stay at Tune Hotel Georgetown! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. They were always ready to assist, and their awareness of guests’ needs was impressive. The location is absolutely strategic—it’s right in the heart of Georgetown, close to local eateries, cultural sites, and convenience stores, which made getting around super easy. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and overall cozy atmosphere. Just across the Penang Adventist Hospital, approximately 3 minutes walk only. The room is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Especially since there's a plenty of stairs from the drop off until we reach the lobby so the staff helping us to bring our luggage is very helpful! The foods are tasty especially the noodle soup! It was a great stay ♡

Great experience as always. Already a regular here in One Pacific, so apologies for no photos. Comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, close to Island Hospital. Well-maintained furniture, strong water shower, with hot and cold water.

The hotel interior is new and clean.. it's just walking distance to island hospital. At the lobby there’s a restaurant so you won't have to walk very far to find food. Overall is a pleasant experience to stay at ymca
