My first time staying here, my first impression of the hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, although not particularly large. The location is also strategic, right inside Juanda Airport, so you don't have to worry about missing an early morning flight. The bed is comfortable with two pillows per mattress (I ordered a twin bed), the hotel area and room smell good, the hot water is running, there is a refrigerator, there is a work desk, the AC is cold, the staff are friendly and very helpful, not stingy with soap and shampoo...
