The service is super duper, making you feel at home. All the staff are helpful without being asked, even overly sensitive. The rooms are among the top three "comfortable" hotels in Bandung. Family-friendly, great facilities, kids-friendly, and no tantrums at all. Hopefully, I'll bring my family here again soon.

The room was clean, and the rest of the hotel was also clean and well-maintained. When the parking lot was full, the valet parking service was very helpful. The location is strategic. I would recommend expanding the location and parking area. So far, so good. 👍

Stayed for the second time and still impressed with the quality and consistency of service, the location is easy to reach, next to Alfamart, room 106 is quite quiet with a mountain view (bonus Alfamart office and warehouse), the room and hotel area are clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye, all the staff we met were very friendly and communicative, all the room facilities function well, breakfast is numero uno in terms of variety and taste, overall this hotel will probably always appear as the first option if there is a need to stay in Bandung, and I will happily recommend it to friends, thank you.
