The hotel service was very satisfying. We were upgraded to a family room (triple room) and received a very helpful extended checkout. Furthermore, the hotel staff, Mr. Ariff, was very friendly, prompt, and responsive during check-in, and the room's view of the Singapore Flyer/Marina Bay was simply stunning. Though Carlton Hotel is not a new hotel in town, apparently they just had their rooms renovated and it is very clean, a/c very cold which is good, and no unpleasant odor. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a recommended hotel to stay in, value for money. Will surely come back again to stay at Carlton on our next trip to Singapore.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! Very worth the money. I came earlier than the check-in time and left my luggage to stroll around, and when I came back, my luggage was already put in my room. The staff at the check-in counter is very friendly and informative. The room is clean and has a Smart TV. So close to Bendemeer MRT and Lavender MRT, even Mustafa is just less than 10 minutes' walk. Might consider staying here again. Thank you!

All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. Nice location, 1-minute walk to MRT station, and you can also even walk to some popular places such as Fort Canning Park and the National Museum. The area is quiet and within walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. I don't think we can have anything better than this hotel. This is the third time I have stayed at this accommodation. A budget hotel that I highly recommend. 120 meters from the bus stop for all routes, close to a grocery kiosk selling mineral water, snacks and cheap instant food. The rooms are relatively small but clean, the cleaning staff will also clean every day. The neighborhood is always busy until morning.

Room was prepared by the time I reached (around 2pm). Deposited $100 cash (can use credit card too) with reception as hotel policy. Loved the room, which came with bathtub as well! Room was clean and had no issues with it. Living Room had a Sound bar which can connect to Bluetooth to play music, while both TVs had cable TV (no connection to Netflix). Loved the gigantic fridge and the complimentary coffee capsules and coffee machine:-) I must mention that there are so many wall plugs everywhere, don't have to worry about not having enough slots for your devices! Bedroom TV suddenly wasn't working at night (around 12.30am) but called reception and technician swiftly changed the TV (took about 15 minutes). For the rooftop pool, required to book slot during check-in. Need to go to lobby to collect keycard at the start of slot and return at the end of slot. Towels can be found on the left of lifts. View from rooftop pool was beautiful (and I think night view would be even better!) Location of hotel was good. Right downstairs there was 7-11 in case you want some late night snacks/drinks. Right across the road is Haji Lane, where you can visit some beautiful cafes. Many places to explore around the hotel. Believe Suntec City is also about 10-15min walking distance from hotel. Great stay overall and would love to come back again! Will constantly be looking out for sales/promos!

It's a good place to stay for a solo traveler. Nearby the Bugis MRT station. Clean and spacious bathroom. Locker/storage with a numpad-secured lock. Air circulation is maintained very well. No bad odor in the entire building. The pod itself is spacious. There is enough space next to the bed that can fit an opened 20-inch luggage.

This hotel is located in Little India. If you want to experience a bit of living like a local in Singapore, I would recommend staying here. The hotel has recently been renovated, so the rooms feel clean, neat, and comfortable. The room facilities are quite complete. There is a hair dryer, and you can also borrow an iron if you need one. For us coming from Indonesia, it was nice to see that the toilet has a bidet, which is not always common in Singapore hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant. In terms of location, the hotel is very convenient. It is close to a shopping mall that is directly connected to Farrer Park MRT Station, making it easy to travel around the city. There is also a park and a jogging area nearby, which is great if you like to take a morning walk or run. Finding food is also very easy. Around Little India you can find many options such as Indian, Malay, and Chinese food. If you plan to spend most of your time exploring Singapore and just need a comfortable place to rest at the end of the day, this hotel is a good option. Sorry I didn’t upload photos with this review, but you can easily find pictures of the rooms and facilities on Google or on the Traveloka app.
