Good location, walkable distance to Dundas Square and many good restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. Shoutout to Mr. Jing for being very helpful during our stay. He helped us with our luggage and booked our car to the airport. Rooms were very spotless and very spacious to fit our luggage. I would definitely come back and recommend my friends who are visiting Toronto!

Staff was super helpful and nice all times of the day, and the room was clean too. I did get woken up by some drilling happening in the room above me (sounded like maintenance) on my first day, but I texted them to stop and it immediately stopped and didn't happen again. The food at the restaurant was great, and they deliver right up to the room. I would stay at this hotel again!

We stayed at the Double Tree to participate in the Under Armour run. The hotel was close to the start/finish line. My 15 year old was so excited to get a cookie upon arrive. We are excited to stay again the next time we are in the Toronto area

When we checked in, we were asked if both my partner and I would like to have breakfast tomorrow. I explained my partner was having surgery tomorrow and was not allowed to eat. Guy at the front desk says no problem, we always have breakfast to go kits and you can pick up one of those on the way out. Sounds reasonable - except the next morning, I was first told, they had no idea what I was talking about - they had never heard that before, and then after checking with the front desk again - told ohh, okay, but you need to pay for it and ohh - no you don't get to decide what it is included or not included, they're already made. After all that it was about 20 minutes later and we left

Fantastic staff! Very friendly and helpful, loved that we were able to txt the front desk and they answered quickly. Even gave us a complementary late check out till 12pm. Clean updated rooms. Wish we we had more time to use the amenities

The room was clean, and smelled good. The staff was excellent. The restaurant was expensive and the food was not good. The chicken wings were mucky and under cooked and the pizza was just ok. $34.00 for a pound of wings and a 9” pizza.

Updated rooms with all the necessary features for a comfortable multi-night stay. Good internet connection, well-equipped bathroom, great room overall. The hotel restaurant on site was good, and there are many other delicious food options in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is nice. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were very helpful. The restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff very friendly. The parking is not dedicated and regularly full so I was not able to avail of the attached/underground lot. I was unfortunate to have guests on my floor that decided to be noisy one evening and twice someone pounded on my door. The hotel is not at fault - they can't control the actions of guests. I am glad it was isolated. I enjoyed my stay and would definately return.
